General Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n

1.1. This document regulates the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Seller and Buyer (Client) when purchasing goods in the online store statkevicius.shop.
1.2. The following terms apply to the aforementioned website, including all login and purchasing activities. These terms may be changed at any time without prior notice.
1.3. We do not sell our products on any online auction sites, such as eBay or similar platforms. Therefore, we cannot verify the quality or authenticity of any Juozas Statkevi\u010dius branded items purchased elsewhere.
1.4. The term \u201cbusiness day\u201d does not include weekends, public holidays, or national holidays of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

2.2. Buyer (Client): Any person visiting the online store who is considered a potential Buyer (Client).
2.3. The term \u201cwe\u201d, including all its forms, refers to the Seller, the owner of goods and services; the term \u201cyou\u201d, including all its forms, refers to any person visiting the online store as a potential Client.<\/p>\n

Ordering and Payment Terms<\/p>\n

3.1. To purchase goods, the Buyer must select them and add them to the virtual shopping cart.
3.2. The Buyer must provide the information required to complete the order \u2014 name, surname, phone number, delivery address, and any other necessary details.
3.3. The contract is considered concluded at the moment when the Buyer clicks the order confirmation button.
3.4. Once the Buyer receives an email confirmation from the Seller, it is considered that the Seller has accepted the order.
3.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods and delivery charges ordered in the online store.
3.6. If payment for the ordered goods is not received, the order is cancelled within one day.
3.7. Payment for goods purchased in our online store can only be made via electronic bank transfer using the service provided at www.paysera.lt<\/p>\n

3.8. The Buyer agrees to pay all fees related to the exchange and\/or return of goods. For defective goods, the Seller undertakes to cover the delivery costs associated with exchange and\/or return and to replace the defective item with a fault-free one.
3.9. If the Buyer provides incorrect information or an incorrect delivery address, the Buyer agrees to reimburse all delivery-related costs incurred by the Seller.
3.10. Buyers from non-European Union countries are responsible for paying all import, customs, and\/or brokerage fees for delivered goods. The Buyer is responsible for submitting accurate information and\/or documents to the customs authorities to ensure timely delivery. We recommend that Buyers inquire with their local customs office in advance about the total cost of goods, including customs duties.<\/p>\n

4. Customer Service<\/p>\n

4.1. If the Buyer has any questions, they may contact our Customer Service Department by email: juozas@statkevicius.com
4.2. The Seller undertakes to respond to inquiries as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

5. Personal Data Protection<\/p>\n

5.1. The personal information and data provided by the Buyer are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
5.2. The Seller may conduct surveys for the purpose of promoting the online store and may ask for the Buyer\u2019s opinion.
5.3. The Seller may send the Buyer information about products, services, sales, and special offers.
5.4. If the Buyer does not wish to receive any marketing information, they must notify the Seller\u2019s customer service department.
5.5. The Buyer agrees that:
5.5.1. The Seller may contact the Buyer by email or phone;
5.5.2. The Buyer\u2019s contact details may be shared with the delivery company to facilitate delivery communication.
5.6. The Buyer agrees to the terms of the Seller\u2019s online store, including the transfer of their information to delivery service providers.
5.7. The Buyer\u2019s information will be used for the following purposes:
5.7.1. To deliver the Buyer\u2019s order;
5.7.2. To provide additional offers from the Seller via email or phone.
5.8. All Buyer information is handled in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.9. The Buyer has the right to submit a written request to the Seller\u2019s customer service department to obtain all personal data held by the Seller.
5.10. The Seller undertakes to transmit the Buyer\u2019s information via secure internet connections.
5.11. The Buyer\u2019s information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
