1. Product Return Order

1.1. The Buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Order No. 271 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 29 June 2001 and Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 17 August 2001.

1.2. EU customers have the right to return purchased goods under the Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 17 August 2001, and additionally may cancel their order within 7 working days. The day after receiving the order is considered the first day of the 7-day cancellation period. If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a written request to our customer service department by email – juozas@statkevicius.com

1.3. The appearance of goods displayed on different computers and/or monitors may vary. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer’s decisions. Fashion House Juozas Statkevičius reserves the right to change product details, such as the brand label, etc. Therefore, the item in the photo may differ slightly.

1.4. Goods can be returned and/or exchanged if they have not been used, are clean, include the product security tag (please do not remove it!), have all possible labels, and are in the original packaging – except for underwear, jewelry, and accessories.

1.5. When returning and/or exchanging goods, they must be with the security tag and in their original packaging.

1.6. The Seller undertakes to exchange the goods for identical items of a different size and/or color. If the Buyer wishes to exchange purchased goods for items of a different type, the Buyer must return the goods and purchase new ones according to the website rules.

1.7. To exchange or return an item, the Buyer must present proof of purchase (receipt). The item must be sent to UAB Fashion House Juozas Statkevičius, Pamenkalnio g. 2-1, LT-01116 Vilnius, Lithuania.

1.8. The money for returned goods will be refunded within 14 working days from the date the goods are returned to the Seller and the Seller confirms receipt of the returned goods. The delivery fee is non-refundable.

1.9. The Seller recommends returning goods via secure and insured delivery companies such as DPD, VENIPAK, OMNIVA, or similar, as the Seller is not responsible for items not received. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

1.10. Requests to return goods are usually reviewed within 48 hours of receipt, except in cases of delivery delays, weekends, Christmas and New Year holidays, sales periods, etc.

1.11. During the Christmas period, goods purchased after November 1 may be exchanged until January 15 of the following year.
